Wally is a character from The Talented Mr. Bixby of Cartoon Network Wedgies.
Character Overview[]
Wally is a young student who attends Shoehorn High School of Shoehorn County. Although he appears in most shorts of the series, his role was usually quite minor. His largest role in the series was when he came to discuss to Bixby in "The Substitute Career Counselor" about his desired future career of being a police officer, but Bixby suggested him to be a horse & pony judge. In the same short, his father was revealed to be a police officer himself and confronted Bixby at the end of the short.
Among other roles, he was the first one to notice the infestation in "The Substitute Bug Man" and tried to tell Bixby he wasn't going the right way during the field trip in "The Substitute Bus Driver".
