Mr. Herriman is very strict about house rules and often punishes Bloo for his various misdemeanors.

Mr. Herriman is a grey anthromorphic lop ear rabbit. He wears a black top hat and a monocle over his left eye. He has a white mustache and a pink nose. He wears a red bow tie, a black suit, white gloves, and a yellow and a dark yellow shirt underneath his black suit.
